This opportunity is basically for someone who loves costume jewellery, has the ability to make up their own work schedule, has initiative, is communicative and friendly; someone who isn't afraid of knocking on doors several times, if necessary, and someone who wants to be financially independant. Essentially you will decide how much you earn.
There is enormous potential for reselling the pieces and there are a series of different ways the items can be marketed and sold, most of which have already been tried and tested. Not only can you sell directly and earn direct revenue from generated sales but you can build a team under you and earn from the sales they make as well.
VC Designs will always be here to provide support for you, live in real time through skype, voipstunt, Yahoo or MSN and each month the VC Designs team devise a promotional incentive to aid the selling process.
We will also provide you with the following "sales-help" tools, free of charge:
1) Complete product catalogue in .pdf format, to print and use.
2) Wholesale and retail price list in .pdf format, to print and use.
3) VC Designs personalised business cards in .pdf or publisher format, for you to print and use.
4) VC Designs personalised fliers in .pdf format, to print and use. To deliver to mailboxes, place on ad boards, put in your local shop windows or however you wish.
5) If you have a webiste or wish to sell online, we will give you your own affiliate ID Code.

6) We will also advertise your selling event in our newsletter, on our site and in any promotional campaign we do.
7) Our partners at GBS will devise a 3 month business plan and marketing strategy for you, free of charge.
We are here to make sure that you do well because if you do well, we do well.
The aim is to sell to retail shops, (trade) and individual markets. The shops could be costume jewellery shops, gift shops, novelty shops, bridal shops etc.
The individual markets, of course, could be friends, (by having parties at home or by word of mouth), friends of friends, (by recommendation). You could even sell through craft fairs, organise exhibitions in a series of different venues and other community activities going on in your area.

It's very simple. For individual sales, re-sellers buy from VC Designs at a greatly discounted rate and then re-sell the items at full price, making up to 70% commissions on each piece.
For wholesale to shops, resellers are responsible for getting the order from the shop, placing the order with VC Designs, paying for the order, receiving the shipment of products, giving the shop the shipment and receiving payment from the shop. Resellers are paid 10% commission on the total order invoice value. Minimum shop order must be 10 products.
Building your team:
You recruit people to sell for you, they become your team members. They purchase the products from you, at a special team member price and then they re-sell the products at full price, earning you a commission for as long as they sell the products.
VC Designs does not interfere with your team members nor their activities. It is your responsibility only to communicate their name and contact to the VC Designs Admin department, solely for information and statistical purposes. Your team members are your responsibility and you MUST aid and assist them to the best of your ability to succeed.
No fraudulent behaviour or illicit activity will be tolerated by the VC Designs team. Anyone caught acting inapropriately using the VC Designs name will be prosecuted globally.
